Technical Diplomacy: Navigate complex technical trade-offs and drive consensus across stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication Engineering Excellence: Be the standard-bearer for the dev inner loop obsessing over quality, scalability, and developer productivity.AI Integration: Move beyond AI-assisted to AI-native, building agentic systems that solve real-world enterprise bottlenecks.What you'll bring to the team External-Facing Excellence: A proven track record (10+ years) of architecting and building world-class, large-scale commercial applications with a focus on external product impact.Core Domain Expertise: Deep technical background in Workflow Engines, Orchestration, and structured/unstructured data/document processing is an advantage. Depth in building user experiences is also an advantage.
