Project ManagerA local company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team!Our Client is a commercial casework and millwork manufacturer established in 1953. We fabricate custom casework, countertops, and millwork for schools, healthcare, laboratories, government, and commercial projects across the West.What's in it for you?Health InsuranceDental & VisionPTO401kand many more!!Project Manager Details:Direct hire position$30.00 to $33.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)Collect, review, and circulate drawings, specs, RFIs, and field information between Client, the GC, and installers.Read architectural drawings to map job flow, flag conflicts early, and plan the steps needed to keep fabrication and install on track.Track scope, design, and schedule for assigned jobs. Review and write change orders, AMROs, and related documents.Prepare and issue quotes for change orders, extra work, and additional materials.Schedule and coordinate fabrication with Production. Alert the Plant Manager to atypical details before they hit the floor.Other duties as assigned.Project Manager Qualifications:Experience coordinating commercial construction or architectural millwork/casework projects (GC, specialty sub, or manufacturer).Ability to read architectural drawings and translate them into shop sequence and install timing.Strong written and verbal communication with GCs, architects, and field crews.Comfort with change orders, quoting extra work, and keeping a live project log.Organized, deadline-driven, and willing to travel to jobsites when required.Preference for candidates who have worked institutional or public-works casework (schools, healthcare, labs).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
