What you will enjoy doing*

• You will handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system
• Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently
• Further, you will process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites
• Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems
• Configure and perform minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units
• And you will work alongside Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery

• Maintain a strong customer focus while being self-motivated and driven
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Technicians, Sales, Logistics, and Operations
• You hold an associate degree or possess equivalent technical experience
• Bring one to two (1 to 2) years of customer service experience preferred
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude as an advantage
• Complete cryogenic training provided to support role requirements

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $63,375 - $92,950.
