As a Data Analyst Sr within PNC's Technology - Retail Shop & Buy – Text Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions- Design and develop database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures- Implement database constraints, indexing strategies, and performance optimization techniques to ensure efficiency- Apply best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity- Deliver insights and recommendations to enhance business processes, products, and performance- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and similar platforms- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures, ensuring they are tested and deployment-ready- Provide support to the team during monthly release cycles, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionCandidates must be proficient in:Oracle Database, Informatica ETL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Visio (to draw flow diagrams), SQL Developer, TOAD, Tableau Preferred proficiency in: MongoDBPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
