Senior Accountant
Creative Financial Staffing
Our client, located in Windsor, is a leader in their industry. They have over 100 locations nationwide and are planning to acquire more in the next coming months. They have decided to partner with CFS to identify a Senior Accountant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a sharp hard worker who is excited about the idea of joining a growing organization. They will also be interested in growth opportunities in a busy, changing environment. This company offers competitive pay and generous vacation time.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant
- Responsible for the month end close
- Reconcile the GL
- Prepare and review monthly & quarterly financial reports
- Assist in the collection and preparation of budget information for preliminary planning of the operating budget
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred)
- 3+ year(s) of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Competency with journal entries and bank reconciliations
