Senior Accountant

Our client, located in Windsor, is a leader in their industry. They have over 100 locations nationwide and are planning to acquire more in the next coming months. They have decided to partner with CFS to identify a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant

• Responsible for the month end close
• Reconcile the GL
• Prepare and review monthly & quarterly financial reports
• Assist in the collection and preparation of budget information for preliminary planning of the operating budget
• Perform other related duties as required

Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, teachable, and positive

• Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred)
• 3+ year(s) of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Competency with journal entries and bank reconciliations
