Fire Sprinkler Fitter

A national employee-owned fire and life safety organization is immediately hiring several licensed Sprinkler Fitters to cover Christiansburg, VA, and surrounding areas.

Sprinkler Fitters will primarily install, with some inspections and service of a variety of water- and air-based fire sprinkler and control systems, valves, pipelines, fire pumps and related equipment in retro and new construction commercial and industrial settings.

SPRINKLER FITTER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Sprinkler Fitter license or eligibility to obtain one
• Backflow certification or license is nice to have
• At least 3 years of fire sprinkler fitter experience in maintenance and service
• NICET Certification in Fire Protection Systems or equivalent advanced certification is nice to have
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal, Driving, Drug)
• Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking abilities

SHIFT : Days, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday). Rotating on-call. OT after 40 hours.
