Charge Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities: Oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs, administer medications and treatments, complete resident assessments and care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Serve as a central communication link between residents, families, physicians, and leadership. Conduct routine rounds, address incidents, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and resident safety. Document and report changes in resident condition, incidents, and concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect. We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and exceptional resident care in a skilled nursing community.
