Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a legal team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This role is suited for someone who can oversee the full contract lifecycle, support business stakeholders with sound commercial guidance, and help maintain strong contracting practices. The ideal candidate brings a practical approach to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Responsibilities:Contribute to improvements in contracting procedures, templates, and playbooks to increase consistency and turnaround time.IC Account creation/clean upTraining new users/fielding questions from usersPrepare training documentationWorkflow revisions and additionsContract record clean upAssigning tasks to other individualsLoading new agreements for review and assign to ownersLoad FE agreements processed outside ICPerform signature coordinator roleRouting agreements for signatureDealing with assignment and entity name changesArchiving recordsEnhancing reporting and providing data to stakeholdersValidating contract meta data and related contract genealogyAttend IC release events and stay abreast of platform developments and contract administration best practicesLight paralegal work, reviewing agreements for verification, redlining, minor drafting, etc.
