Job Location: Fort Worth, TXJob Type: Full TimeShift Available: 2nd Compensation: $23.25/hr Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Ability to fill out process paperwork Demonstrate basic computer/tablet skills/scan gun Lifting 60 pound frozen blocks of meat into a grinder Filling hoppers to correct amounts and monitoring materials Checking machines on regular intervals Packing finished products into boxes and bags Labeling, weighing and verifying correct materials Stacking up to 60 pound boxes Ensuring food safety and quality Cleanliness and housekeeping Maintaining a safe working environment Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to communicate efficiently in English or Spanish Ability to perform basic math functions Ability to operate a forklift Preferred Qualifications Previous forklift experience Production experience in a packing or grinding department Previous Cargill experience Work history in the last 12 months Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
