Responsible for training and providing assistance to new or existing Mortgage Loan Originators.What would make you a great fit:You have good interpersonal and communication skills to generate referral business and leads.You possess extensive knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and Rural Development guidelines.You possess extensive knowledge of RESPA and MDIA compliance.You are self-motivated, organized, and skilled at prioritizing tasks.You enjoy helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.What you'll do:Generate loans from outside sales calls including, but not limited to real estate companies, builders, relocation companies, and the public.Meet with prospective borrowers, review and analyze credit and financial information, determine borrower financing objectives, and present appropriate products, programs, and disclosures as required.Provide training and guidance to newly-hired mortgage loan staff.What you must have:High school diploma or GEDNMLS or the ability to obtain NMLS registrationFinancial organizational skills and financial information understandingMinimum of five (5) years' experience in mortgage lending functionsCustomer service experienceSales experience preferably in the mortgage industryWhat might set you apart:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWhat you get: A fun, challenging work environment with an emphasis on family, community, and technology.
