Train, coach and guide the financial analyst reporting into him/her. Market prioritizations by creating Category/ Market reviews. Perform and coordinate deep dives on foreign markets by reviewing current offerings, market dynamics or entry strategies. Co-lead long-term strategic direction of the business through the Market Business Strategy (MBS) and ongoing support of ad-hoc initiatives. Support the prospection of new customers and their evaluation. Propose appropriate incentive and pricing schemes and marketing expenses reimbursement programs. Build positive relationships in all key decisions and recurrent key partner meetings including foreign Nestlé Markets, Zone Management, SBUs and internally. Supervise and update critical metric framework including DPA, COF, Full Truck Load, Sugar Credits, Total Trade Spend, and Freshness in order to have comprehensive pulse on trends and outliers. Support gathering of Market Authorizations for export and monitor its adherence. Manage key planning processes such as, Monthly Business Planning (MBP) or annual volumes and forecasts assessments. Draft or stress test business and trends commentary and variances analysis of P&L. Effectively interact, collaborate and communicate across multiple functions in the organization, cooperating and building consensus to get results. Co-Lead multi-functional teams by working closely with cross division marketing, supply chain, sales and operational teams to improve business performance across all P&L line items. Co-Lead and champion actions and projects that improve operating costs or grow the business profitably.Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or experience in Accounting, Finance or related field. Job requires 5 years of experience in each of the following: U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP) or International Accounting Standards (IAS) assumptions;Principles and constraints including going concern, monetary unit, periodic reporting, historical cost, revenue recognition matching, full disclosure, cost-benefit relationship, materiality, and conservatism.Distributor management, key dynamics and metrics.Financial documents, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.Creating financial and non-financial measurements and key performance indicators to drive improved business performance.Budget preparation and forecasting for cost centers; Experience in financial concepts and principles including cash flow, NPV, IRR and ROI.Cost accounting and activity-based costing.Experience may be gained concurrently.
