This is an in-office role based in Scottsdale, AZ, designed for candidates who already have their NMLS license and are looking for hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a producing Loan Officer. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, coachable, and serious about building a long-term career in mortgage lending.
