Summary As a Team Lead in the Louis Vuitton Nashville store you will support the Store Manager and Team Manager by coaching and developing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales while upholding brand values. You will act as a role model on the sales floor and help ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Lead by example in sales performance and support the team in achieving personal and store targets. Manage the sales floor presence, encourage cross-selling, and cultivate a personal client portfolio. Coach team members, identify development needs, and recommend personalized action plans. Assist in recruiting, talent development, and succession planning in partnership with Store and Team Managers. Act as the product category champion, providing feedback to Corporate Merchandising and implementing category plans with the team. Requirements Proven experience in luxury retail sales with strong client development skills. Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience within a retail environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to manage the sales floor, motivate a team, and drive business results. Knowledge of product performance and market trends, and ability to relay insights to merchandising partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
