Carvana is seeking a Regional Senior Manager, Dealership Operations to lead fixed operations across the East region. This role will own regional P&L, drive throughput and customer experience, and develop site leaders to standardize operations across the network. The position requires 7+ years of regional leadership in fixed operations, P&L management, and strong communication skills.
