Job Description
The Lead AC Installer plays a key role in overseeing and performing the installation of air conditioning systems across a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Reporting directly to the project manager, this position balances hands-on installation work with supervisory responsibilities and requires occasional travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Lead and coordinate installation teams on-site
- Ensure compliance with installation specifications and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings during installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly
- Maintain equipment and inventory for installations
- Travel occasionally to project locations as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead HVAC installation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning installation
- Experience with electrical wiring related to HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
