Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Envision is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital in Livonia, MI. This will be a combination position between the Trinity Livonia and Trinity Ann Arbor Hospitals. Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of one year EM direct & recent patient care experience as a PA or NP. No new graduates; only qualified candidates will be contacted. Livonia Position Profile: 51,000 Annual Volume Level II Trauma Center 55 bed ED 10-hour shifts most days 69 hours of physician coverage daily 20 hours APP coverage daily EMR is EPIC Trinity Health Livonia Hospital is a full-service, 304-bed hospital that opened its doors in 1959. The Trinity Health System has been spotlighted as one of the few health systems in the United States that uses a computerized order entry system, a key component that improves patient care and drastically reduces medication errors. Over the past 50 years, Trinity Health Livonia has undergone extensive renovations and expansions while its mission is to meet the ongoing healthcare needs the community and growing population. The most recent expansions include a 154,000 square foot addition, featuring all-private rooms, expanded emergency center and senior ER, as well as the Our Lady of Hope Cancer Center, Heart & Vascular Center and Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Livonia, MI is located in northwestern Wayne County and enjoys a strategic location second-to-none in the region. A carefully planned community of residential, industrial, commercial and civic development, the city's motto is 'People Come First'. Livonia boasts two high quality public school systems, numerous parochial schools, and is home to over seven institutions of higher learning and three municipal libraries.
