Customer Experience Rep-Sales Force

The Customer Experience Specialist provides excellent customer care in a timely manner, with an emphasis on accurate information, effective communication, and issue resolution. This role serves as a Brand Ambassador for Bulbrite, delivering the highest level of customer centricity while enhancing capabilities through Salesforce and supporting the Sales Team. Salesforce and SAP B1 experience is required for this role. This is non-negotiable. No agencies, please. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides excellent customer care in a timely manner across Customer Experience, Sales, and Product functions. Enhances Salesforce functions, dashboards, and workflows to support the broader team. Works directly with the Customer Success Manager to continually improve the customer experience. Manages cases and orders in partnership with Sales Reps and customers. Maintains product knowledge through ongoing training and continuing education. Fosters a positive team atmosphere across all functions of Customer Support. Maintains a "customer first" attitude at all times. Acts as the SAP B1 Super User within assigned functional areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or higher required. 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role. Required: ERP experience with SAP B1. Solid understanding of workflows within Salesforce. Strong customer service skills across email, phone, and chat. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate situations objectively and respond with empathy and support. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, reliable information. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Accurate grammar, punctuation, and spelling, paired with a can-do attitude.
