Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Position Summary: Sam’s Club is looking for a dedicated associate to join our freezer, cooler, and deli team. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide front‑line customer service in the deli department. Your role is essential to keeping our freezers and coolers operating smoothly and ensuring members receive fresh, high‑quality products. Base pay: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Actual pay is based on your skills and experience. Please discuss your compensation with your recruiter. What You Will Do Ensure high‑quality products are available and properly stored. Maintain clean shelves, accurate temperature control, and correct expiration dates. Pack products in appropriate containers and organize stock displays. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready work area. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. Handle claims, returns, and pricing per company policy. Provide member service by recognizing members, answering questions, and offering assistance in the deli area. Comply with food handling, cold chain, and sanitation procedures. Operate and maintain equipment, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Experience with stocking and customer service. Strong problem‑solving and innovation skills. Ability to adapt quickly to change. Creative thinking and out‑of‑box ideas.
