In this vital role, you'll combine advanced clinical expertise with compassionate care to support the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. As an RN, you'll assess resident needs, provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes. You'll also play an important leadership role by guiding and supporting CENAs, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence in person-centered care. Minimum Qualifications Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program. Must be in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing and have a current MI RN license. Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse preferred but not required.
