We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and the leadership of our field teams.\u003c/p>\u003ch3>The Role\u003cp>We're looking for a Field Supervisor to serve as our primary on-site representative — overseeing daily field operations from project mobilization through completion. You'll directly supervise crews and subcontractors, execute work in the field, and partner with Project Managers and Construction Managers to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on spec.\u003c/p>\u003ch3>What You'll Do\u003cul>\u003cli>Manage telecom and OSP construction projects from mobilization through completion\u003cli>Supervise daily activities of field crews and subcontractors\u003cli>Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and compliance\u003cli>Verify subcontractor documentation, certifications, and work completion\u003cli>Perform white lining and 811 locate visual inspections and verification\u003cli>Review construction drawings and prints; verify scope and field feasibility\u003cli>Monitor daily production and progress; report on materials, quality, and schedule\u003cli>Maintain accurate red-line drawings, as-builts, and project records\u003cli>Prepare daily production reports, bore logs, JSAs, incident reports, and closeout docs\u003cli>Update progress in Fieldwire\u003cli>Enforce OSHA, DOT, traffic control, and PPE compliance on all sites\u003cli>Train, mentor, and lead field employees\u003c/ul>\u003ch3>Working Conditions\u003cp>Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10–50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.\u003ch3>What We're Looking For\u003cul>\u003cli>1–3 years of experience in telecom, construction, or related field preferred\u003cli>Prior field operations experience (underground or aerial construction) preferred\u003cli>High School Diploma or GED required\u003cli>Demonstrated ability to learn construction processes, safety standards, and field operations\u003cli>Basic proficiency using smartphones, tablets, and field tracking systems (Fieldwire)\u003cli>Valid driver\'s license required; OSHA certification preferred\u003cli>Telecom or construction certifications a plus\u003cli>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather\u003c/ul>\u003ch3>Pay & Benefits\u003cul>\u003cli>$55,000–$65,000 per year\u003cli>Health, dental, vision, PTO, vehicle allowance, and additional benefits\u003c/ul> #J-18808-Ljbffr GAC Enterprises, LLC
