We’re looking for an Inventory Control Associate who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory operations—tracking stock, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across departments to make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. What You’ll Do Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate data in our inventory management system. Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to verify records and catch discrepancies early. Data Management: Update records, generate stock-level reports, and analyze data to support smart decision-making across the business. Order Management: Assist with purchase orders, track incoming shipments, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate root causes of inventory errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and recommend reorder points to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management. Cross‑Department Collaboration: Partner with warehousing, sales, and procurement teams to coordinate inventory needs and address issues. Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to improve processes and contribute to inventory management best practices. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in inventory management, logistics, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in inventory management or a similar operations role. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory software is a plus. Clear verbal and written communicator who collaborates well across teams. A proactive problem‑solver who takes initiative to resolve issues before they elevate. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
