Details Home health setting covering the Greater Sacramento, CA territory Day shift schedule of 40 hours per week Territory may expand as needed to meet coverage needs Uses Kinnser for clinical documentation iPad and Verizon One Talk equipment provided for fieldwork Caseloads and visit mix designed to average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week Productivity requirement of 30 points per week based on visit type point values Requirements Active CA PT license required License required if applicable Minimum 1 year of home health experience required Must be able to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants Must maintain timely documentation, completing clinical notes within 48 hours of each visit Must provide next-day mandatory reporting of start of care visits Additional Information Responsible for prioritizing start of care visits and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants Must maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff Expected to be generally responsive during normal business hours Training includes 3 full days: one in-house and two in the field Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor American Traveler Job ID P-743664.
