Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time Days available: 32 hours per week: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend, 7:00AM - 3:00PM Boutique-style communities with low resident-to-caregiver ratios Supportive leadership and a team-first culture Meaningful work where your presence truly makes an impact What You’ll Do: Providing hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, and assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration. Monitoring basic health status and reporting changes to the Community Director. Offering companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to the residents, and leading or assisting with engaging activities and social interactions. Performing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, comfortable home. Safely assisting with resident transfers and mobility as needed. Supporting a safe, nurturing environment that meets residents’ physical and emotional needs.
