They oversee and manage the daily operation of the billing office to ensure all charges are processed and billed accurately and in a timely manner. They also assume responsibility and accountability for managing and monitoring denials for third-party payers, as well as vendor denial management relations at Crouse Medical Practice. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business administration, or a related field required (or equivalent in professional experience) At least 5 years experience in physician practice plan, healthcare, or medical insurance environment At least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience and previous exposure to hospital or physician billing Desirable Qualifications Proficiency in computer skills including typing speed and accuracy Mathematics skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information Strict attention to details Knowledge of data entry and transcription Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Compensation details 80000-120000 Yearly Salary #J-18808-Ljbffr Crouse Hospital
