Job Responsibilities Plan, implement, and maintain data collection and analysis systems to support research protocols, including coordination of data collection efforts. Coordinate research participants in alignment with study objectives and scope of work. Ensure the efficient day‑to‑day operation of research and data collection activities, acting as the primary administrative point of contact for research subjects and Principal Investigators (PIs). Oversee daily activities of technical support staff involved in executing research protocols; may directly perform protocol‑related tasks as needed to meet program objectives. Supervise and coordinate the delivery of support services to the Principal Investigator. Track and monitor research progress, maintaining accurate records and preparing routine and ad hoc reports for investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies. Implement and uphold quality control processes throughout the lifecycle of the study. Contribute as a technical specialist, supporting the completion of routine research‑related tasks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Zoology, Animal Science, or a related field) with a minimum of 5 years of preclinical research experience, or 10 years of relevant hands‑on experience supporting preclinical research (e.g., LAR/surgical veterinary technician) in lieu of a degree. Occasional weekend work may be required. Preferred Skills and Knowledge Application of technical standards, principles, concepts, and techniques to solve problems. Formulation and reporting of test methods and outcomes. Work Environment Office, Operating Room, Vivarium. Most roles require a minimum of four days of in‑office presence per week, with flexibility and work‑life balance considered. Remote or field‑based positions may have different arrangements.
