Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Unix Shell Scripting, Kornsheel,
Roles & Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting
- Strong experience in Shell Scripting in BASH and KornShell (ksh)
- Design, write, and debug shell scripts for task automation, data validation and system performance enhancement
- Strong experience in command line text processing tools such as sed, awk, grep, find etc
- Experience in Shell Scripting covering data feed handling, implementing business logic
- Experience in implementation of logging and monitoring in scripts for performance tracking and issue diagnostics
- Optimize scripts for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability
- Knowledge in version control systems (e.g, Git)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to achieve shared objectives
- Ensure compliance with company and industry security and data protection standards in all scripting activities
