Maintenance Technician I Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, and associated systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical)
- Diagnose control system issues and implement effective solutions, including parts replacement
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and safety checks on equipment
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to identify and resolve system issues
- Communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve equipment problems and support operations
Maintenance Technician I Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance training/degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, hydraulic systems, and machine controls
- Ability to read schematics and systematically diagnose technical issues
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with strong manual dexterity
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
