Maintenance Technician I Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, and associated systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical)
• Diagnose control system issues and implement effective solutions, including parts replacement
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and safety checks on equipment
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to identify and resolve system issues
• Communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve equipment problems and support operations

Maintenance Technician I Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance training/degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, hydraulic systems, and machine controls
• Ability to read schematics and systematically diagnose technical issues
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with strong manual dexterity

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
