So we built SkiTunes, and somewhere along the way 68,000+ skiers made it theirs. We're a small, founder-run US brand with real customer support, real reviews, and a real roadmap. We answer our own emails. We read every comment. We're scaling fast: new headbands, new gear, new countries. A brand that wants to be a staple of winter sports can't be built from behind a desk. We need someone to own the content supply end-to-end: sourcing and managing creators, briefing the video editor, running organic social, and building a real community around the brand. Not just a follower count. This is a remote, full-time role . You'll keep briefs, b-roll, and creator deliverables flowing so the ad and organic engine is never starved of fresh material. You direct, you don't do the admin. That's what the VA is for. You ski or snowboard. That's not a nice-to-have, it's a must. We're a winter sports brand and we need someone who actually lives in this world. Beyond that, you need to be genuinely fast at communicating , good at getting the best out of creators, and fluent in what actually performs on TikTok and Reels. Understanding that Tuning your content mix (evergreen pillars plus reactive trends) is what builds an audience that buys, not just scrolls. Remote & full-time Async by default. You own the pipeline. Gear on us Once you're on the team, you get the headband so you understand what you're promoting. Most important thing Show us content you've built an audience with. We can't hire on a pitch. We need to see creators you've managed, accounts you've grown, campaigns you've run. Links, screenshots, follower growth. Anything that shows you understand what makes people follow, comment, and buy. If your work isn't public, add results to your CV Drive folder. Numbers tell the story.
