Troubleshoot issues related to billing, account changes, integrations, and platform functionality. Help customers upgrade, downgrade, or adjust their setup based on their needs. Work through EHR connectivity and configuration issues with customers. Keep multiple conversations moving at once without dropping the ball. Document issues clearly so nothing gets lost between teams. Partner with internal teams (launch, product, engineering) when issues need escalation. Make sure customers feel heard, supported, and confident using the platform. Qualifications You’re calm under pressure and good at juggling multiple things at once. You communicate clearly and don’t talk like a robot. You can explain technical or confusing things in plain English. You’re detail-oriented but not slow. You actually care whether a customer leaves the conversation feeling helped. Experience in customer support, SaaS, healthcare tech, or EHRs is a big plus.
