Construction Project Manager - NC

Holmes Geospatial is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for full-time employment, based in our Asheville, NC office. The Construction Project Manager leads construction surveying projects from initial site layout through final as-built closeout - managing 3D machine control models, field control, crews, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and design teams. Our firm serves both private and public clients on construction projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
