Role Description This full-time, on-site Certified Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant role is based in Bellevue, WA. The team member will perform phlebotomy procedures, collect and process laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. Daily responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, assisting with examinations and minor procedures, and providing clear instructions for follow-up care. The role also involves managing medical records, supporting front- and back-office workflows, maintaining exam rooms and supplies, and adhering to infection control and safety protocols. The individual will collaborate closely with providers and staff to deliver efficient, respectful, and patient-centered care. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Assisting skills, including vital signs, clinical procedures, and exam room preparation. Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology to accurately document and communicate clinical information. Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Office operations, such as scheduling support, patient flow, and basic administrative tasks. Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, including compassionate interaction, taking histories, and providing instructions. Candidates should possess experience with Medical Records management, including accurate charting and use of electronic health record (EHR) systems. Active certification as a Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant (or equivalent) in accordance with Washington State requirements. Current CPR/BLS certification and adherence to infection control and safety standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy clinical setting.
