Assembler II

Pay Rate: $22.96 per hour
Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Location: Torrance, CA

Responsibilities:

Perform electronic assembly and repair, including surface mount, through-hole, soldering, and de-soldering.
Use measuring and test equipment, as well as hand tools such as air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, presses, and fixtures.
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Maintain and support a safe, clean work environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality, productivity, and growth.
Ensure compatibility and safety of electrical systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Must reside within 50 miles of Torrance, CA.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to read and understand schematics and manufacturing drawings.
Previous electronics manufacturing and hand-soldering experience.
Minimum 1 year of hand-soldering experience.

Benefits:

Regular overtime required.
Work space may be limited (2-3 feet).
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: Safety glasses, ESD smock during assembly, and protective gloves for specific tasks.
