Reporting to the Care Manager, your core responsibilities will include personal care, meal preparation, and facilitating daily activities for residents. Your premium skills in first aid, Alzheimer’s care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities will enhance the quality of care provided. With a focus on resident rights and dignity, you will play a vital role in promoting a safe and nurturing environment for all clients. Knowledge of first aid and assisted living practices and familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and memory care highly preferred.
