Position Summary:

• Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Anderson, IN area who is seeking a Quality Manager who will direct the quality department to ensure quality on new and existing products and technology development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree Preferred
• Automotive Quality Experience. Need Experience in Quality Leadership.
• Needs to be Comfortable with Customer Quality Issues.
• Ability to Work Cross Functionally Amongst Maintenance Production and Engineering.
• Willingness to Grow and Develop Quality Team in Both a Hands Off and Hands on Manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term quality and business strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support quality systems and ensure alignment with customer and organizational requirements
• Ensure products and processes meet established quality and performance standards
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to evaluate and improve process capabilities
• Drive the use of effective and reliable processes to support consistent production
• Ensure operational practices align with production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations
