Earn Up to $19.00 Per Hour Operating Forklifts in a Busy Distribution Facility

Diverse Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a large warehouse operation in Brownsburg. Candidates must have recent forklift experience and be comfortable working overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, Double Walkies, and Turret Trucks
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Move inventory throughout warehouse locations
• Scan, label, and track inventory using RF scanners
• Complete replenishment and put-away tasks
• Conduct equipment safety inspections before each shift

Must-Have Requirements

• 1-3 years of recent forklift experience
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work mandatory overtime
• Strong commitment to safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift certification
• RF scanner experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Inventory control experience

Work Environment

• Large warehouse and distribution facility
• Continuous forklift operation
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting
• Seasonal temperature fluctuations
• Moderate warehouse noise
• PPE required
