Summary Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver tailored solutions. Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while growing and maintaining a strong client base. Serve as a brand ambassador by supporting visual and quality standards and helping achieve fiscal goals. Responsibilities Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services Manage the client journey from initial contact through delivery and installation Grow and maintain a strong client base and pursue sales targets Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team to meet client needs Support gallery visual and quality standards Requirements Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background preferred Strong interpersonal skills; relationship-driven and results-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs; licensed to drive and ability to travel locally or out of state preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
