General Manager (04955) – 350 Route 46, Suite 101 Full‑time Job Category: Store General Manager Founded in 1960, Domino's is the recognized world leader in pizza delivery. Domino's is a company of exceptional people on a mission to be the best pizza delivery company in the world. Locally owned two‑store Domino’s franchise is looking for responsible, friendly, and hard‑working people to join our management team. This hands‑on position will train you in all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew. Manage everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Maintain a perfect store image and standards, and provide great customer service. Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work. Qualifications Prior pizza‑making experience is a plus. Availability for some nights and weekends. Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle are required. Benefits Health, Dental & Vision benefits available. Salaried position commensurate with experience.
