Robert Half is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Clerk to support daily warehouse and office operations. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records, processing documentation, and coordinating with warehouse staff, vendors, and carriers to help ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administrative support for warehouse operations
• Maintain and update inventory, shipping, receiving, and order records
• Prepare and process purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other warehouse documents
• Enter data accurately into warehouse management systems and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with warehouse team members, drivers, and carriers regarding shipments and deliveries
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and transportation appointments
• Reconcile shipping and receiving discrepancies and report issues as needed
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general clerical support
• File and organize warehouse documentation for easy access and compliance
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits
• Help ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of administrative, clerical, warehouse, or logistics support experience preferred
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
