- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience operating equipment in an aggregate quarry, crushing plant, mining operation, or similar industrial environment
- Experience operating and monitoring crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, and related processing equipment
- Strong understanding of quarry and plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and safe equipment operation
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and quality checks and report deficiencies promptly
- Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and processing equipment to maintain consistent aggregate production
- Control and adjust plant operations to optimize production rates, material flow, and product quality
- Inspect equipment and identify mechanical or operational issues before they result in production delays or breakdowns
- Troubleshoot plant equipment and make operational adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Conduct quality checks and sample materials to verify products meet established specifications
