Digital Content Editor

Description: Hybrid Richmond, VA or Remote. An EST time zone schedule will be required though. Our client seeks a digital content editor to write and edit SEO- and GEO-driven content focused on credit cards, credit education, and related topics. You will produce articles and copy, edit long-form content for grammar, AP style, tone, and brand standards, and ensure accuracy, legal alignment, and SEO compliance. You will collaborate with creative directors and stakeholders and uphold high quality standards. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $25.00 to $28.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Write SEO-driven blog articles and other copy as needed. Edit long-form digital content for grammar, typos, AP style, tone, and brand standards. Fact-check content and ensure compliance with legal and SEO requirements while maintaining high accuracy and quality. Research and incorporate feedback from creative directors and internal stakeholders. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience. 3+ years of digital content experience. Experience in fast-paced corporate marketing within a regulated industry such as finance or healthcare preferred.
