Floor-Ready Requirements

• Dependable team player
• Experience with measuring devices (tape measures, micrometers, squares, etc.)
• Ability to read job specifications and adjust machines accordingly
• Experience with overhead crane operation is preferred
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends when needed

On the Line

Operate overhead cranes and other manufacturing tools. Perform quality checks and document results. Conduct minor preventative maintenance. Detect machine malfunctions and workpiece defects. Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure accuracy. Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints. Collaborate within the team and assist with other department duties. Lift up to 60 lbs. and operate various tools, including grinders, banding equipment, nail guns, torches, and hand tools.
