Housekeeping Room Attendant

Heart of the House Hospitality is seeking experienced Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendants for our Washington, DC team. Housekeepers are responsible for changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, addressing clients’ queries and ensuring rooms are fully stocked, clean, and always inviting. Benefits A company that cares about you and supports your success A competitive salary with performance bonuses Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) plan with company match Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Hotel Housekeeping Responsibilities Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete daily assignments Change bed linen and make beds Replace used towels Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets Dust furniture Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo) Report any technical issues and maintenance needs Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services) Help guests retrieve lost items Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift Follow hotel security guidelines Housekeeping Requirements Hotel Housekeeping experience in the Hospitality Industry (preferred) Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products (preferred) Flexibility to work weekends Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions Minimum 1 year of Hotel Housekeeping experience (required) Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Heart of the House Hospitality
