Compliance Product Manager

Leading a team of compliance professionals, the full-time remote Compliance Product Manager will manage the execution of the Product and Marketing Compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in product development and marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations during product development and launches Evaluate and interpret compliance requirements for products, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations through research and documentation Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and drive updates to policies and procedures to maintain compliance Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with 2+ years in a management role Fintech or financial services certifications (e.g., CRCM, CUCE) are a plus Experience reviewing marketing and customer-facing communications Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations and advertising standards Excellent communication skills to convey complex regulatory concepts to non-legal teams
