Senior Financial Accounting Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, financial analysis, settlements, audit, business analytics, or related disciplines. Experience investigating discrepancies and reconciling financial results. Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical reviews. Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and resolve complex business issues. Experience supporting customers, stakeholders, or cross-functional business teams. Preferences Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to investigate issues with limited direction. Experience validating calculations, reports, and financial results. Ability to understand and communicate data lineage from source transactions through reporting outputs. Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex data analysis. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools preferred. Experience with SAP and financial systems preferred. Ability to work with large datasets and multiple source systems. Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex financial or technical issues to various audiences. Comfortable working directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
