Superintendent

We7re working with a young, growing luxury builder who are quickly building a reputation in the Florida market for delivering high-end, detail-driven custom homes. Theyve secured a $7M, 7,500 sq ft custom home and are looking for a Superintendent to take full ownership from shell through to completion. This is not a volume builder role. This is about precision, finish quality, and delivering a home that stands out. The Role You will take over once the shell is complete and drive the project through to final delivery.
