Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 26-week ICU travel contract in Des Moines, IA, requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience and availability for night shifts with every-other-weekend coverage.

Details

• ICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Every other holiday (EOH) required
• 26-week contract (6 months)

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration

Additional Information

• This position is part of an ICU Flex Pool
• Contract is intended to provide coverage through the winter holiday season
• Local candidates are eligible for this position; local pay rates available for IA-based candidates
