Responsibilities

What will I do?

• Use your industry expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose in-home plumbing service calls accurately and efficiently
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean organized job site & truck
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service and create that "You're my go to company" relationship.
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods

Qualifications

Who are you?

• Oklahoma journeyman license required
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving-insurability requirements; however, candidates who are 19 or older may be considered with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years experience in residential plumbing systems
• Experience in a residential working environment with customers
• Proficient in inspections, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and making repairs
• Familiar with local codes and industry standards
• Able to work in extreme temperatures and conditions
• Helpful to have experience with the following (cast iron systems, Perma-Liner, sewers, water lines, and CPVC and PEX piping)
• A team player with excellent communication skills
