Position Overview We are currently looking for a full‑time Clinician to join our team in El Paso, TX. This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. This is a unique opportunity to treat patients in a child‑friendly, state‑of‑the‑art clinic. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®. Correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Serve as the expert in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears. Develop and maintain strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Preferred Backgrounds Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development. Registered Nurses, with experience in hands‑on patient care and compassion for families. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists and Certified Orthotists, with hands‑on experience in orthotics and direct patient care. A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required; a formal training program with mentoring is available. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts).
