We also have competitive medical benefits, paid time off, holidays, and a 3% retirement contribution match.Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company while advancing your own career.Key Responsibilities:Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures. What we're looking for:Strong work ethic and attention to detailWillingness to learn and take directionExperience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right personComfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of timeBasic Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent preferredPreferred Qualifications:Some Manufacturing experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.Must be able to work on-siteShift Details:1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime may be available depending on production demands.Additional Requirements:Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate based on experience.Medical benefits with partial employer contribution.Paid vacation and holidays.3% matching retirement contribution.QP Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
