Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Hermantown, MN
Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Hermantown, MN. In this role, you'll assemble quality products, operate production equipment, and support shipping and manufacturing operations. • Assemble manufactured products according to specifications and work instructions
• Operate CNC milling equipment and CNC cut-off saws for secondary production processes
• Use mechanical shearing equipment and other manufacturing machinery as needed
• Build pallets and prepare finished products for shipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Assembler Role:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings and blueprints
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or CNC machine experience preferred but not required
